What is my secret to incredible power gains?

In December of 2022 (at 48yr old) I set lifetime power PR's for almost ALL of my time intervals! These were numbers I've never been able to hit before!


The secret wasn't an elusive training plan that I just recently discovered. My training has been very consistent for the last 8 years.


What I changed was my focus on building muscle.
